c) Security Threats: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, other users' accounts, or any other systems connected to the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, hacking, cracking, port scanning, and denial-of-service attacks.

d) Malicious Software: Upload, distribute, or otherwise transmit any viruses, worms, Trojan horses, spyware, or any other malicious software.

e) Unauthorized Access: Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Services, computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of our providers.

f) Disruption of Service: Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services, including overloading, flooding, mail bombing, or crashing.

g) Excessive Resource Use: Engage in activities that disproportionately consume system resources, including bandwidth, storage, or processing power, to the detriment of other users or the overall Service performance.

h) Inappropriate Content: Transmit, store, or display any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

i) Impersonation: Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

j) Spamming: Send unsolicited bulk email, instant messages, or other forms of unsolicited communications.

k) Data Harvesting: Collect or store personal data about other users without their explicit consent.

l) Automated Access: Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other automated device, process, or means to access, retrieve, scrape, or index any portion of the Services without prior written consent.

m) Commercial Use: Use the Services for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

n) Reselling Services: Resell or redistribute the Services or any part thereof without our prior written consent.

o) Violating Intellectual Property: Infringe on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights of others.

p) Facilitating Violations: Encourage, enable, or assist any third party to perform any of the prohibited activities listed herein.

Article 2. Monitoring and Enforcement

Bjorn Lunden reserves the right to monitor the use of the Services to ensure compliance with this AUP. We may, but are not obligated to, take any action we deem necessary, including suspending or terminating your access to the Services, if you violate this AUP. We may also report any activity that we suspect violates any law or regulation to appropriate law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties. We will cooperate with law enforcement authorities in any investigation of alleged illegal activity conducted through the Service.

Please report violations of this Acceptable Use Policy to Bjorn Lunden’s Security and Compliance officer at security@bjornlunden.com. Include the words "Acceptable Use Policy" in the subject.

Article 4. Changes to this AUP

We reserve the right to modify this AUP at any time. Any changes to this AUP will be effective upon posting the revised version on our website or otherwise notifying you. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
